The Graduate - $19.95 per person
Carved Grilled Skirt Steak, Sweet Bourbon Marinated Salmon, Cucumber Tomato Salad, Old Fashioned Tossed Salad, Baracho Beans, Baked Potatoes, Pecan Pie and Banana Pudding.

BBQ Menus are provided for a minimum of 30 guests. In addition to the customary service charge, a $95.00 fee will be added for the grill and grill chef. (Optional)
