Working through lunch? These room-temperature items are selected for ease of service and are perfect for serving in your meeting room. Working lunches are served in a VIP Plastic Box and priced per guest.

A Southern Picnic- $ 12.50 per person
Crispy Fried Chicken, served cold with Honey Mustard Sauce, Black-Eyed Pea Salad, Baked Potato Salad and a Fudge Brownie.

The Sandwich Board - $8.75 per person
A Variety of Sandwiches, including Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, and Vegetarian.
Served with Bow-Tie Pasta, Zapp’s Chips, Lettuce & Tomato and a Soft Baked Cookie.

Port Jasmine - $ 12.50 per person
A Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Filet served on a bed of Asian Noodle Salad and a Vegetable Spring Roll and leaving you with a Fortune Cookie.

Tuscany Garden - $ 9.95 per person
An Antipasto Salad of Genoa Salami, Ham, Olives, Peppers and Feta Cheese on a Bed of Italian Field Greens.

Muffalata Momma - $ 9.95 per person
A Vegetarian Delight: Grilled Portabella Mushrooms with Roasted Peppers, Provolone Cheese and Olive Tapanade on a Fresh Focaccia Roll. Served with Vegetable Tara Chips and Fruit Salad.

Trio of Salads - $8.75 per person
Your Choice of Traditional Chef Salad, Fried Chicken Salad or a Grilled Chicken Caesar.
Served with a Country Ranch Dressing, Italian Vinaigrette or Blue Cheese.

These Items can also be served as a Cold-Plated Lunch or Buffet Style.
